Team Members who participated in SCAMPI V1.3 assessments and need to update their training requirements to participate in a CMMI V2.0 Benchmark or Sustainement Appraisal.
Requirements
Possess knowledge and experience in IT processes, systems / software engineering, project management or quality.
Content
This course will guide students through the main components that make up the new CMMI V2.0 model and will allow them to identify the differences between this new model and the previous CMMI V1.3.
Materials:
• A custom PDF copy of Model CMMI V2.0 • A certificate of attendance • Right to take the Certified CMMI Associate exam (you have 30 days to take the exam online) • Meet the requirement to participate in the role of CMMI V2.0 Appraisal Team Member • Meet the prerequisite to take additional courses and obtain new certifications in the CMMI V2.0 series.
The CMMI Institute requires 100% attendance and active participation during the class.
